It doesn't require a vast amount of energy for me at all.
Unlike you, who is really busy, I have all the time in the world at my disposal.
Also, I type really fast.
I mean, this post has probably taken me all of 20 seconds so far, so even if you add up four or five posts a day, its really negligible energy spend.
