It's not capped at $12.3 million, that's just the tradeables.
150 million escrowed shares and 500 million performance shares.
So market cap fully diluted is $25.5 million.
Not to mention there are 75 million 2 cent options that expire Nov 2019 that are in escrow so you can factor that in to the cap as well.
So an EV of over $20 million for an incomplete machine and 20 or so patents.
What's a patent worth if it relates to a technology that no one wants?
Don't think its that cheap....
