There's quite a bit in the short announcement, although a bit vague:

"Our immediate focus and attention is to finalise the procurement, assembly, testing and demonstration of our Hadrian XTM commercial prototypes."

- the tag price for an HX last we heard was $2million, so I suppose a prototype will cost at least this much. x2 for the second prototype is $4million, that's without and backsies and rejigs.

"In addition to this, we will continue to further develop and work with our global partner Caterpillar Incorporated, to commercialise, manufacture and distribute the Hadrian XTM and jointly work on our Customer Discovery strategy and pilot programmes for our early adopters."

- if the tag price is $2million, regardless of the margin on each unit they will still need a bucket of cash to actually build their initial saleable units, to set up shop - even if it's under a CAT roof. Distribution hardware plus logistical support to first adopters in Saudi Arabia or Brazil or wherever will also take a lot of coin. "Customer Discovery strategy"? cap-C and cap-D? Next paragraph....

"Beyond these immediate milestones, we will also look to bolster the company’s strength through the addition of senior management".

- sounds like a high level sales addition as well as logistics or the like, as well as a supporting department.

"and investing in new IP. "

- I would have thought this would mean an acquisition, but:

"These new applications for our core Dynamic Stabilisation platform technology, will be outside the existing Hadrian XTM programme which is being developed for the domestic residential construction sector. "

- so they're going to work on delivering their stabilisation IP for use overseas. Maybe different forms of housing, maybe different forms of construction but most likely in different vehicles.
