No, I never confused them. I simply made the argument that an international court can't make Russia do anything, what makes people think the ICC can make the DRC do anything? Similar to everything else I have written, one user jumped onto the Strâwman, trying to pretend I said they were attending the same court as Russia (that was not my point at all, and I did not say that). I never said they were going to the international criminal court.
