The idea that the board has misled shareholders when the announcement only stated fact whilst opinion was highlighted as opinion make this case ridiculous.
On the contrary fat tail are the ones who misconstrued the truth and i do hope AVZ goes after them, perhaps in a counter suite to this but i expect they will not distract the primary path they are seeking here
