Im pretty sure if Nigel and crew had been deceptive and misleading shareholders as fat tail suggests in there latest clutching at straw, Tolate would have been all over it like a seagul on a chip and included it his smear campaign leading up to the AGM. Tolate would have had great pleasure bringing this to everyone's attention but given there was zero, zilch zippo comment on this topic i think Nigel and co will be sleeping quite soundly at night on this issue.
