I'm actually fairly surprised by the comments on this thread.

I am baffled as to how everyone thinks AVZ has done everything correctly. My opinion is, it would probably be easy to demonstrate exactly what Fat Tail is trying to demonstrate.

I believe AVZ will lose this court case, and if so, would the judge depose the two directors?
