So when faced with the fact AVZ has already lost a case against Fat Tail, your defense is:
1) it was an "arbitrary case"
2) they got "polaxed" at the AGM

i) The case AVZ lost was a case with a hearing in the Supreme Court of Western Australia, it was hastened because of the following: "There is some urgency attached to the determination of these applications" (because of the AGM). So no, your attempt to dismiss or undermine the legitimacy of the case is baseless.
ii) Whether or not shareholders voted in Fat Tail directors has nothing to do with whether or not AVZ will lose another court case against Fat Tail.
