Incorrect, you are assuming the chances are the same. There are a few reasons why that is likely not the case.
1) I would be more than happy to list all of the incidences of breaches of ASX listing rules, Corporations Act compliance etc which I believe we have already been made aware of (If you think AVZ has not done anything wrong, I believe you are in for a rude awakening).
2) Fat Tail lawyers might be superior, hence they might just easily defeat AVZ yet again (as they did before).
3) their argument might be superior
4) etc etc, I could go on, but I think the fair-minded observer would believe the preponderance of evidence is not in AVZ’s favor.
