There was already plenty of precedent for AVZ to know that email addresses of shareholders need to be released on request. They just wanted to slow down the early propaganda from Fat Tail. Going through a court case achieved this desired result. Based on the final outcome of the AGM, I would say AVZ 'won' the case.

You can see the OPPRESSIVE CONDUCT maybe the JUDGE will see it too, also i don't think the JUDGE will care who won the AGM matter...lol.....
