Yes I concede that the Chinese have seriously invested in Australian companies. Why, because at some point they think they might be able to get control of our resources and impact decisions that are made. But while we have the FIRB regulating the percentage they can have on Boards of Management this is not going to happen. The Chinese know where the best resources are and they are desperate to get their hands on what they can. This is the nature of the Chinese President to seek world domination. While our companies are predominantly owned and operated by Australian Management Teams the time has come where the Chinese are not going to get what they want in the future without paying big sums for it. The supply rules are changing. The West is not going to allow them to have the same dominance and manipulation over critical earth supplies and markets. That race has been run and China has once again is being put back in line. Their EV Market over the next 12 months is going to take a massive hit as countries around the world start imposing heavy tariffs on their vehicles and regulations are imposed as to what standards they have to be built to.
As for the Chinese being able to criticise AVZ's performance (and Geology) lets not forget about how this sorry saga begun amidst their corrupt backdoor dealings to steal Manono away from Shareholders. AVZ is now controlling how this is going to be played out. The only place you would get away with this level of corruption is in the DRC and they knew it.
Well lets sit back and watch the International Courts sort this mess out and inform the world. Let's add China's poor record of destroying the environment where it has mined resources from around the world and how it has left these communities after they have taken what they wanted. Despite their promises to handover Millions to Govt's. in compensation very little is ever forthcoming or handed over.

AVZ shareholders just 3 weeks ago told FAT TAILs they were not wanted by voting against them when trying to get seats on the Board. They failed miserably with their false claims and unsubstantiated statements about the actions of our Board and persistence that the DRC was not communicating with our team. Now they want to take our Management team to the Supreme Court.
I am wondering if there are enough shareholders that would be willing to mount a case to demand that FAT TAILS withdraw their Supreme Court action and prevent this from being heard while the ICC cases are being decided and negotiations are happening in the DRC. The Results of the AGM was the expressed voting power of Australian Shareholders to not support FAT TAILS and that result must stand.
