Two deaths in under two weeks at the same mine certainly raises questions. However, I am not prepared to act as judge and jury but certainly hope there is a full investigation by the PNG authorities. I do not know their system but generally they follow Australian procedures and so action by the PNG body responsible for workplace safety is definitely called for with a coroner's inquiry as well.
