A123, These persons(Melua in this case) are sophisticated investors, and usually a bank balance to boot.. they loan the (your)stock from who ever can supply it, usually a broker or firm which goes by semi un-noticed. These SI`s put up a fair whack of capital 3/1 ratio before they get their stock to sell down.(incase the short goes pear shaped).I noticed Melua got a parcel last round and wants more if there is another round but i truely feel us retailers should get a slice of their pie for a change. I am sure they(Vil) would not have a problem filling the quota if a raising was to come.
Directors can`t trade 3 weeks before sensitive news. hope that`s a bit clearer.
Anyhow the Vil, this is a reasonably good ann, and still leaves alot for sp movement.. Sure we will read opinions over the next few weeks as the sp gets pushed around whilst people take comfortable positions. i think if your investing and happy to accept some short term downside then buy now. Me! adding more on s/t downside plus the l/t upside.
