Three zones of OIL and GAS interest. I would say odds of one zone of three being commercial is very high!
We wait to see if the first zone produces commercial if not go to the second zone.
If the first zone produces commercial we still dont know about the other 2 zones.
Regardless there will be more wells drilled. With those odds BUY at this price!
