U could add another column there for 'YEAR' or spud date & sort it by most recent.

U'll find that some of the wells have been revisited via a nearby pad later on by another operator, since the lease changes hands quite often.

U could also import that file into Google earth as a CSV file. Plus super-impose VIL's map & mark out the actual 'tenement' which extends halfway into the lake.
(BTW, they used barge mounted rigs to drill in the lake)
