low volume sell down. illiquid shares will swing wildly like this but there has been some solid buying last 2 weeks. the business case here is really boom or bust.
1. july 4 rolls past without further legal BS. SP rerates back into teens and beyond.

2. more legal BS and this is cooked as the last cap raise will be soaked by legal fees and its a 12 months before any light in the tunnel is insight.

I'd note the thoroughly damming rejection of the prosecutors case so i say odds are slightly stacked infavour of option 1..
