the local government never cared and given they provided support for the mining licences and want the investment, i reckon this is all over with.
remembering too brazil is the biggest consumer of fertiliser on the planet and import the majority. this will become a sovereign strategic asset.... well its already been declared as such. i think any more challenges from this department they open themselves up for vexatious litigation suits....
