    "Under the TIA, CATH agreed to pay US$240 million cash for a 24% equity interest in the Manono Project, as well as their , PRO RATA PORTION of PROJECT DEVELOPEMENT CAPITAL ."

    I don't know the exact figure but CATH will be stumping over US$400 .
