Im no fan of FT , but his been everywhere sprouting the need for foreign investment and we have the MOM coming down under to attract foreign investment and now we have ICC ruling over a GOV company in DRC and how will this sit with foreign investment? The ICC is the legal voice for all international business / investemnt, it's monitored by 100 countries, in which DRC a member and has 45 million corporate members.
