Just speculating here, but Cominiere have tried to dissolve the JVA with AVZ and are trying to form a new JVA with Zijin. Zijin delayed the arbitration hearing where we planned to argue that they can't request arbitration as they aren't one of the JVA parties. Was the delay an attempt for Zijin to try and become part of the JVA by creating their own seperate JVA with Cominiere? If so this ruling would be prevented that from happening. Just trying to figure out the games being played.
