firstly the DRC won’t be paying anything, it’s not the DRC who are involved in our ICC cases. Secondly AVZ has satisfied ALL pre requisites to be handed a mining decree and then on payment of surface rights can be issued a ML. The mining decree was revoked due to the infighting in Dathcom according to the DRC. If as you say AVZ win all cases it will confirm ONLY cominiere and AVZ hold a stake in dathcom. As I stated above all prerequisites met it should then be decree issued, off to CAMI for surface right calculation, pay sum and ML issued. Cominiere then have to decide what to do with their 25%, 10% must be given to DRC govt. at this stage. They either stump up their 15% of development cost plus x% pro rata for govt % or sell, offering AVZ first rights of refusal and go from there.
