Mate i'm being a realist, we are not here to be in legal proceedings we are actually here to mine. As I have said based on the boards current performance and attitude to the matter I have attributed $0 value to my holdings, as such I am not desperate, I have let go of any notion of this been worked out in a timely matter. You sir, sound desperate, clinging on to the hope for 100% victory in all matters. If i were a betting man, which I am, a deal bringing everyone under the same tent would be the best deal and the right way to go. I am not saying we should have to resort to doing some negotiations with these pirates but as an Invester it may be the only way we get a return on our invested $$$'s. Lads this can potentially be a very profitable venture but we need a rock solid ownership structure, a rock solid ML and a rock solid government support for the project. I don't believe we can achieve that without a settlement outside of the court room.
