I can't help but think this is a desperate attempt by Cominiere and Jin Cheng to take back the initiative after the emergency arbitration ruling went against them. The strategy seems to be for Jin Cheng to claim large losses of $850 to Jin Cheng if they have to return the 15% in Dathcom that they obtained from Cominiere when ICC rules that AVZ were not given pre-emption rights (never mind they only paid a fraction of that amount and that the money is gone). It then becomes too expensive for AVZ to buy that 15% at that price.
The $560 that Cominiere claims is a bit more puzzling?
