Fair bit of enthusiasm for this Ann which has made top rating post. So I read it again to confirm that it is just an emergency injunction to prevent Comminere taking actions which would likely make the case more messier before it can be heard, or:

...until the final award on the merits of the broader Cominière Arbitration Proceedings is made;

Why this would need to be spelt out in a directions order is a reflection on what an amateur clown show Comminere is. So yes, it's a procedural order in AVZ's favour but the main hearing is still to come.
