Mate, I think the next thing will be the outcome of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) case: MMCS vs Cominiere.
The back story to this case is that MMCS reckons Cominiere illegally expunged MMCS's rights to the tenement through regulatory trickery, despite MMCS doing no work in the preceding five years to justify keeping it.
I understand the ICC case concluded in Dec 2022 or early Jan 2023, and the decision is pending. If the case goes in favor of Cominiere, then the odds of a negotiated settlement ahead of any future ICC hearings (ie Zijin vs AVZ parts 1 and 2) shorten substantially.
