What pesses me off more is that ASIC continues to allow these 2 bit company's jump from one destination/tenement to another after spending 10 years or more milking shareholders on false promises....its downright Corporate Fraud...the reason these 2 bit company's do it is because they have nothing to return for burning retail and other investors cash so they then buy into another to keep themselves in a job its farkin disgraceful how they get away with it and ASIC is to blame for letting them do it...in the case of this mob they have burnt over 35 plus million dollars of shareholder funds and returned zip in value and they just keep jumping into something else an then the Carrot Dangling starts again its a bloody shame how they can do it, so sad for all those who have been burnt not only here but others as well.
