You are probably being very conservative @ 20% discount and outflows of 7-8 million per quarter.
It seems like making a profit much less "Shareholder Dividends" are not strong issues for the next decade or more.
For example - Who pays for 3,000 HX's when they are not to be sold and only used for WAAS purposes!!!
