This is weird, nothing locked re tenancy at either Sultana Rd. site beyond 31 March 2020.
You would imagine they can extend without too much fuss, but why would FBR leave it to within 6 months of expiry to extend further, that's pushing the envelope a bit too much I reckon.
Perhaps the landlord wants their property back?
Perhaps they will consolidate both sites at another more suitable location?
