"I would imagine shareholders have seen the outcome of previous voting and have given up."

Not for me at least. Voted No except keeping Mark Pivac and 10% Placement. The main reason they get all resolution passed is because:

    1. Pivacs own big stakes in the company and throw weight behind their agenda.
    2. Most majority big holders - top 20 - voted for them. We saw that last year as well
    3. Day traders dont give a flying and Abstained. Thats different to given up.

"I can't see how we can expect to produce hx's here in W.A. and ship to the world and train specialists operators to get "mm precision"."

No. HX will be produced by OEM via Waas partnership worldwide. They will produce some HX in WA themselves, common sense tells me thats for use in WA and in the initial stage.

Doesnt make sense to have an international OEM produce then ship back to WA - probably going to cost more. Can you think of any local OEM that will be cheaper compare to them assembly themselves, at least for initial stage. And if I remember correctly, they do not have immediate plans to go onto the east coasts.

"It's a great dream to have a W.A. company achieve global success but this will take years and years. Contracts just won't sit around waiting."

They just signed a term sheet 5000 homes for GP - just have to wait see if it pass the milestones to become fully commercial. I dont think they give a flying F let alone dream about being Aussie, WA, Texas or Tijuana. I will take it they are as greedy about $ just as you and me.

"The thing I don't understand is why they are so vague about commercialization."

Believe them or not. Its of course vague because they cant disclose more about commercialization negotiations at the moment. Mike Pivac said this early in the presentation before even open for questions. Hinting something? Your guess good as mine.

"They said funding would come from partners in geographical locations to build HX but here we are in Perth building more machines from capital raises and dilution."

Someone during Q&A asked about borrowing instead of CR and dilution. Borrowing is on the cards on future (Grellman answered this if im correct). At this point when they are just beginning to generate revenue, cashflows are uncertain, borrowing may not be such a great idea.
