Your right technology in the construction industry is moving pretty fast, some modern new products take off and some fail miserably. I've been involved with engineers implementing changes to building techniques for years, especially after the Newcastle earthquake in regards to footing design, masonry wall design etc, we're not talking about electronics and plastic pressure pipe or a new wall cladding systems, we're talking about a masonry block wall it will have to conform to our building codes and standards, yes the building codes change but it still has to comply to meet minimum standards.

FBR will build a couple of homes but builders that a prepared to take it on and give a structural guarantee will find out it won't be a successful way to build. Did you see what controls and engineering changes had to be implemented for the Caversham house build between FBR and Archistruct?
