Thanks for the insight. With that information, I predict that it will be a tiered pricing structure depending on volume (contracted to build x houses per year)
E.G Bronze tier = customers who purchase 200-399 homes/year are given the worst rate but are rebated
Silver = Customers who purchase 400-599 homes/year @ 3-8% cheaper than bronze & a small rebate
Gold = 600-799 homes per year @ 9-14% cheaper - no rebate
Platinum = 800+ homes @ 15-20% discount - no rebate

I hope that they release this information with the first contract that is announced. Pure speculation at this point.
