So FBR are testing the WaaS model /BKW JV on the first 10 builds , with the view of global scalabilty , yet FBR are working linearly , even though funds are going to run out by years end and we need CR or loan.
You dont think they are talking with Austria , Mexico , KSA and who else right now? .
Sometimes you got to put the FBR hat on.
