Ann: FBR and Brickworks form joint venture, page-71

Good lord, the down rampers are out in full force right now.

They either:
1. Haven't read the announcement
2. Don't know what a Joint Venture in a new business entity is
3. How the Joint Venture (Fastbrick Australia) is going to work
4. Forgot about the job posting/s on seek for Welders required on the ASSEMBLY of Hadrian X's (I wonder why they would need them)
5. Did not read the initial MOU that stipulates that the JV entity will begin constructing homes shortly after it commences with the pilot project in WA
6. Have no patience at all and just expect revenue to come from where exactly ...?
7. Haven't actually looked at the price sensitivity (non) which implies that there will be price sensitive announcements that provide specific details.

I'm going to take another hiatus from the FBR HotCopper forum because this is ridiculous.
