FBR are not buying bricks from Brickworks.
The entity, Fastbrick Australia, is going to tender for a residential construction contract within Australia. Within that contract to build X number of structures, Brickworks will supply the specially designed blocks and FBR will supply the labour (Hadrian X/s) for that contract. The profit from that contract is split 50/50.
There is no buying from each party anywhere...
