I don't like this announcement, but I'm not surprised. The way Mike said in an Inside Market interview "If FBR and CAT can just get their act together..." told me they had conflicting views on how to get the HX out to the world. I believed for a long time they could iron this one out and meet in the middle somewhere, but it's clear now they are two different companies. I think FBR and Weinerberger are more aligned in their strategic outlook so I'm excited to see how this will manifest.

Totally Agree “CAT to get their act together” I’ve often thought about that comment , sounds like someone has been dragging their feet ! “Why”? Also I’ve wondered why FBR hasn’t announced progress between the two party’s ? Come to think of it where does this leave Steve Pierez ?
