I think this WAAS thing is getting blown around like we are not doing houses anymore.
A house is just a maze of walls.... i think they come up with this so they can bill out there part of the house (walls)... it is exactly what the HX does.... it doesn't do roofs, or windows... or doors... just walls
Makes sense if you think about it, kind of like how a concretor charges by the m2
