If a tech issue then they would have waited to see where FBR got to in Jan. There is literally no incentive or benefit to go through the hassle to specifically terminate now rather than let it lapse, except for FBR to be released from exclusivity.
looking forward to a drop in the coming days, will be a great opportunity IMO
