Actually no, They did an indoor test with a bloke pushing the end of the boom. Sorry but that isn't the same as full boom with strong winds. What's stopping them?
I would agree with you if everything around build 1 wasn't so shady, but to me it looks like they have given us a 12 month outlook on the presentation because in FAT testing it became apparent we are a year behind an outdoor build and CAT aren't the type of company to keep giving extensions if tech isn't ready.
