    Thinking with a glass half full perspective, if they have a new manufacturing agreement (or something similar)  via KSA or Weinerburger they couldn't release it without confirming the MOU with CAT has ended. This could explain why the MOU was canned well before Jan 31.


    Feel like being on top of a roller coaster and the power just went out, not sure which direction were all going next.
