This is what he is TAKING IT AT FACE VALUE until this company gives me reason to think otherwise.
He is not looking for any hidden meanings!
And then goes on to say:
... “the MOU was discontinued anyway and they sold their shares.”

‘Face value’ is the believing what is said is truth and rather than looking for the hidden meaning.

Really gamblore, your point is you do not like what Seanl is saying from his earlier and current posts and trying to suggest there is faulty logic being argued. Much of what is posted on HC is based on assumptions since the vast majority of posters are not in full possession of all the facts and information to make a fully informed analysis of the situation.

From my stand-point I do not find any fault in his arguments.
