I believe in this company and their concept, and perhaps their ability to deliver. However, it does concern me that the issue of shares for performance and employee incentives is so large. They will have to deliver on all they hope, and then some, to reverse the massive dilution. FBR really need to sign a commercial partnership agreement to stem this dilution.
