His current pay is not far from the level of a mid - large regional bank CEO.

What I learn in the corporate world - you never know a person till you really know - his actions over time and when sh!t hits the fence.

Mark Pivac's persona or what he tries to portray is that of a gentle, down to earth genius. We dont give a Fk. We judge you base on your actions.

Your pay rise at this time - Covid, company funds almost ran out, we dont earn a single cent of revenue, people lose their jobs - tells me you are an egoistic, self entitled a$$hole. And a Fat Cat.

I bet you his mentality is "without me there is nothing". Well Mark, without investors theres nothing too. You can stay in bed and wet dream your dst all you want when theres no money to set you up.

We small shareholders are just a pain they have to deal with because they have no funds and forced to go public. Some one on HC quoted heard Mike Pivac saying this.

This coming AGM, no point spending too much effort chasing on things they can hide. E.g. timeline for global expansion, KSA WB MOUs, commercialization - all painfully crucial, but can be conveniently swept under Covid carpet. Timeline for Hadrians development already in investors and annual report - they will just refer you to it.

Hit them where they cant answer:
- pay rise during Covid, including that of Chairdog grellman
- the revenue for class B shares - not in last years financial statements. Lets get ASIC to look into it.
- rationale for always CR discount to market price - destroying shareholders value. Why?

By the way those who dont get response from Rachel on your emails. Try insert ASIC Complaint onto the subject title and see if she respond within the hour.

Whether we can change things, we can still vote, we can let them know SMALL shareholders will not stand for their BS.

And of course theres always the media. I have invested a sizeable chunck, im not afraid to lose it. How about you, Mark?

The criticism of salary increases and stock options is more than understandable. A reduction or a freeze would have been appropriate. I am sure the leadership is closely following our forum contributions. Anything else would be unwise. Insulting or threatening people, however, is not okay and also counterproductive. If our questions at the Annual General Meeting are not answered to our satisfaction, I appeal to the members of the forum who live near the company to come together and visit FBR to have a clarifying discussion with the management. I'm sure Mark and Michael have no interest in scaring off the shareholders, especially as many of their employees are self-invested. This could be seen, among other things, from the fact that they improved information policy with a large number of videos. I firmly believe that the FBR team is working very hard to make the company a global success.
