We can only guess if the JV will be signed but the statement in the report, combined with the latest hires shows that something in the US is happening, it might be related to the JV or might not be. I am surprised that people on here aren't talking about it but as you say most appear to be traders. I dont see this as high risk anymore, there is risk but I think most people havent readjusted their views based on the information we have started getting in, there is always a lag effect, its hard to have a high risk mentality for a long period of time for a stock and then change that view in a short period of time. As new holders come in the overall risk perception should change and the share price will act accordingly. To be honest, I hope the market doesnt notice the statement and a little voice keeps yelling at me to stop pointing it out.
