This is very exciting.

CAT must be very confident that FBR will be able to deliver a Hadrian that can actually build homes ;--)

Compare SAM in the US to Hadrian. SAM still requires manual input to assist in the bricklaying but Hadrian is more or less autonomous.

SAM the bricklayer in the US is just a wannabe that would like to be like our Hadrian but SAM will always just be SAM (SAM stands for Silly American Machine) ;--)

Considering that the price is very low, it would not surprise me if CAT would buy a big chunk of FBR (on market) once FBR have build the first house.

Even a 100% premium based on today's price would be cheap for a company like CAT.

Also remember that CAT has the option to buy $10 m worth of shares for $0.24 before end of Jan 2019

Life is good at the moment but I would love to be able to fast forward 6 months into the future...
