Whether or not we (as individuals) believe in the virus is irrelevant. Most of the developed nations in the world have recognized it and implemented restrictions.
If you can show your governing body that you can operate in an essential service (construction) while abiding by the COVID regulations they have implemented, you have a better chance of winning future tenders than a team of brickies working in close proximity to each other.
Not trying to take a shot, but I try and consider these things objectively.
