Pivacs certainly better not screw this up. I've been a long time believer in them, but they can't be too cocky and think they're the A team in this deal with Brickworks. If they can't get this JV through someone needs to give Mike a good slap. You get too greedy at the table you lose it all.
Also I'll be seriously disappointed if they have to extend again. By what rationale did they think this was doable in 45 days? We're coming up to 90 and still no sign of an agreement. Whoever estimated the 45 days needs a slap too.
