Not entirely true if you consider their previous MOU and termination with CAT.
The parties extended the MOU on the 2nd of July (that was due to expire on the 30th of June) until the 31st of January 2019. The 30th of June was a Saturday. The MOU was terminated on the 4th of December 2018.
I appreciate everyone's thoughts but it's all just speculation until the 4th and because that falls on a Saturday, it'll either be Friday the 3rd or Monday the 6th.
It's a lot easier to terminate or extend an MOU than sign an agreement, so I'm honestly not sure where your justification stems from. Impatience perhaps?
