    So, if I’m reading it right, a part off the deal that needing agreeing was lodged on the 18th ? Giving 2 weeks grace, before the 2nd 45 day period elapsed?

    If the other party comes to the agreement, it’s on? But if not an extension or a cancellation can be called?
