Very interesting thread and thanks for the great research. So from my reading of the documents we have a parent company FBR with a subsidiary FBR Operations and a FBR Australia underneath that. FBR Australia is the propose joint venture partner with Brickworks subsidiary, leaving FBR Operations to oversee additional joint ventures with Weinberger amongst others. Allows the parent company FBR to remain focused on robotic development. Be very interesting interested in the fine details of the JV agreement as the Weinberger will not on terms less than Brickworks... GLTAH
