So this is what I've found on the appendix 4D:
"The parties also agreed to
negotiate in good faith the terms of a formal shareholders agreement in relation to a proposed
joint venture between the parties, which will be known as Fastbrick Australia Pty Ltd "
I don't know, but to me looks like the deal is done, unless they want to use Fastbrick Australia for another JV, but on the appendix clearly states that the JV will be known as Fastbrick Australia.
